The Open Voucher system was created primarily to provide our
visitors a driving adventure with the freedom of choosing at their own will
where to stay allover Costa Rica from an extensive choice of hotels and lodges
offered at a very good value. We made a special selection of hotels and lodges
standarized at one same value voucher per night including breakfast in most
of the cases.

VOUCHER CONDITIONS |

• The passengers must check availability directly at the hotels on
their own by telephone specifying that they are traveling with the Saint Germain Tours
open voucher system.
• Saint Germain Tours will not make any reservations for the open voucher without
exceptions.
• The space at the hotels is subjected to availability.
• The open voucher only applies to standard rooms.
• If the hotel includes breakfast, it will be specified on the list.
• Children are not included in the open voucher. Any extra for children
for breakfast or lodging must be paid by the passenger directly to the hotel.
• Triple rooms are based on two beds. Any extra charge for extra beds
must be paid by the passenger directly to the hotel.
• The car includes free mileage.
• Daily mandatory insurance and additional insurance are not included.
The passenger must pay it directly to the Rent a Car.
• A deposit covering the deductible of the car should be guaranteed
with a credit card.
• The open vouchers are not refundable or endorsable, and there will
be no replacement of the vouchers in case of lost.
• If you need any assistance to organize your trip we will gladly help
you out.
